SWEA Grid-Tie Plug-n-Play Inverters 1x wind grid tie starter kit (UWT-I-250 ST-KIT) DC-IN: 24 - 48 volts @ 250 watts, AC-OUT: 120/60HZ Extension kits can be added to upgrade to 1000 watts THE INVERTER CONNECTS DIRECTLY YOUR WIND TURBINE TO THE 110/230 VOLT 60-50 HZ GRID. YOUR OWN GENERATED POWER IS USED IN YOUR OWN HOUSE AND LETS TURN YOUR POWER METER SLOWER OR BACK. SWEA Europe has developed a grid tie inverter system for 250 watt, 500 watt, 750 watt, and 1 KW wind turbines. The inverters can convert 25 to 60 volt DC directly to AC and plug right into any electrical outlet. The inverter connects your wind turbine directly to the 110/220 Volt Grid. The inverter can be used for both 50 or 60 HZ. The power your renewable system generates will slow down your power meter during peak energy usage and can even spin the meter backwards in areas that allow net metering. Simply install a wind turbine, connect to the inverter, and plug the inverter into any wall outlet to generate your own electricity. Up to 4 inverters can be stacked parallel with the AP-Box for a maximum 1KW system. This inverter system is perfect for our wind turbines.
