NOTICE:   Due to the fragile nature of solar cells we do not guarantee the physical condition in which you will receive them.  All solar cells are sold on an “as-is” basis.  We use great care in packaging providing heavy duty crush-resistant  boxes and filler.  .  All of the solar cells we offer are new “blemished” or removed from new solar panels and meet full power specifications and have the same expected service life as new.  You should anticipate  to receive  solar cells that have edge chips or other defects.

YOUR ORDER

1. YOUR ORDER Your order is an offer to buy from us. Please check your order carefully to ensure it is correct. a. ACCEPTANCE / UNAVAILABILITY No binding contract of any kind exists between you and us unless and until we actually ship you the goods. Until then we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. Nothing else that we do or say will amount to acceptance of your offer. If any goods are unavailable, we will notify you of the unavailability as soon as possible and will arrange for a full refund if you have been charged. b. DELIVERY Subject to certain restrictions, as well as our right to decline shipment to certain countries, we will arrange for delivery to the address which you specify when ordering. We will do our best to arrange delivery within the time specified on our website or, if none, a reasonable period. We are not liable for late delivery to the extent that this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. By placing an order, you authorize us to accept signature from another person on your behalf if you are not there at the time of delivery. An extra delivery charge may become payable if no one is present to accept delivery or if you do not make reasonable efforts to collect the item from a holding depot. Risk of damage or loss to the goods passes to you on delivery or if you wrongfully refuse delivery when delivery is attempted. c. PAYMENT AND PRICING Payment is in advance by credit card or any other means stated on our website. The price for the goods you order is as stated on our site at the time you send us your order. Sales tax is included unless we say otherwise. VAT is NOT included and you are responsible for payment to your local authority. If we have incorrectly priced any item by mistake, we are not obliged to supply the item at that price provided we notify you before it is delivered. If we do notify you, then you can decide if you want to order the item at the correct price and, if you do not, we will provide a full refund of any charges made. Delivery costs are charged extra at the rate shown on our site when you place your order. These will depend on the delivery method chosen. The delivery charges do not include any additional non-sales taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, customs or import duties that may be applied to your order by relevant authorities in your country. It is your separate responsibility to pay for these.
